The Rule That Prevents Most of This
One person, one account, one name, one payment method, all matching. Every complicated withdrawal story we have read starts with a break in that chain — a friend's UPI, a spouse's card, a second account opened to claim a bonus. None of those is difficult to avoid on the first day and all of them are painful to unwind on the day you want your money.
The second rule is to test the exit before you need it. A small withdrawal early tells you what verification the operator wants and how long payouts take, at a moment when neither answer is stressful.
If an Account Is Already Frozen
Contact support in writing, keep every reply, and be precise about dates and amounts. Most freezes are documentation problems rather than refusals, and they resolve on paperwork rather than persistence. Where a deposit went to a personal account rather than a business one, involve your bank the same day.
How money moves in and out is covered on the deposits and payouts page, and the whole guide list is on the home page.
